Cooper's Mill Menu
Food and beverage menu for Cooper’s Mill whose concept is rustic, sustainable, and places importance local food ingredients, including local spirits. The design is inspired by the farm-to-table concept. The menu incorporates illustrations of wheat, in the style of vintage etchings. It is a quarter fold menu, which the unique folding style contributes to the farm-to-table feeling as you feel you are unfolding a newspaper. The special paper stock chosen shows the grain of the paper fibers which adds a beautiful touch.

CitizenM Proposal
The goal of my design was to highlight one of the value added marketing amenities the distributor can provide to its accounts as part of a business pitch presentation. The concept-only design made a great impression with the CitizenM people and was showered with compliments.
I have had the pleasure of having stayed at a CitizenM hotel (only 1 of 2 in the world at the time) in Glasgow, Scotland. This put me at an advantage to visualize the design as I understand the concept of their hotels and their style of décor which is modern, clean lines, with a little bit of urban edge.
